      I practice mindful walking at least once a week with my Sangha and had just returned from my regular wed night sit/walk when I sat to write.

        I do try and remind myself to be aware of what is going on around me at the time…my ADHD at times kicks in and before I know it, I have let so much of the present go away.
        I think your walk was a wonderful inspiration.
