Another challenge from De at dVerse.

Use all of these past Q words, still coming in at exactly 44 words total:
dance, lull, bubble, grin, melt, shimmer, twist, skip, green, breeze, spill, rose, journey, jar, leaves, open, shadow, cloud, spark, cue, breath(e), scar, curl, whisper
You might need hyphens. And double (or triple) shots of muse.

shimmer me a twist-skip dance

to lull this breeze-whisper(ing) breath

and spill my shadow journey

like open rose on leaves of sweet green

jar me a spark,

and curl me a grin

to melt this scar,

leave me safe in some bubble cloud

“ing” breath delights me to no end.
And jar as verb (especially when sparks are involved.)
And curled breath. And shadow journeys.
The One With All the Words = magic. Those words can’t help but get all cozy with each other.

    Well done, Sir. Well done.

Paul, you won. 🙂 This is GOOD.

I crazy-love the opening line. And your parenthetical “(ing)” was so effective in controlling the rhythm.

Also this: “spill my shadow journey”

I read the first line and thought, “Oh, I’m going to comment how much I adore this first line” but then I kept reading and thought, “Oh, that second line is stellar” and then on and on it went, with every line just being absolutely breathtaking. Seriously. Every single line is this is just stunning. Love them all ❤
